Terms of Service (ToS)

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the tasktrade app (the “Service”) operated by James Shah ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Tasktrade.

1. Using Tasktrade

Tasktrade is a productivity and community-driven app that allows users to:

• Create and trade to-do tasks
• View tasks created by other users
• Complete and mark tasks as done
• Report tasks that are illegal, offensive, threatening, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate

2. User Accounts

When signing in via Apple, we collect your name and email address for account setup and app analytics. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. User-Generated Content

You may submit content (i.e., tasks) to the app. By doing so, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
• You will not post anything illegal, offensive, threatening, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Other users can see your tasks.
• Your tasks can be reported by others for review.

Moderation Policy:

• All content is subject to moderation by the Tasktrade admin team.
• If your tasks are reported as inappropriate more than 5 times, your account will be banned from using the app.
• We reserve the right to remove any task or user account at our sole discretion if we believe our community guidelines are being violated.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app to spam or harass others
• Impersonate someone else
• Reverse-engineer or tamper with the app
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization

5. Analytics and Data Use

We collect anonymized usage data to improve the app experience. Your name and email are only used for internal analytics and account functionality.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Tasktrade at any time, especially in cases of repeated violations or abusive behavior.

7. Disclaimer

Tasktrade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the app will be bug-free or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or inability to use Tasktrade.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we’ll notify you through the app or via email.
